The
role
Prospera is seeking to engage strong subject-matter expertise for
a short-term position as SENIOR DATA ENGINEER to provide support to Prospera in
the context of supporting Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs (CMEA) and
the Kartu Prakerja Project Management Office on the work in strengthening the
beneficiary-to-training match of the Kartu Prakerja program.
The
role of the Senior Data Engineer is to effectively engage with the Prakerja
office to ensure the implementation of the recommendation and provide a smooth
technical exchange with Prospera’s Innovation team. The Senior Data Engineer
will analyse and define strategic roadmap and data requirements for
recommendation system to be implemented in the Prakerja technology, work
closely with Prakerja engineering team to deliver the product, inspect, and
construct a well-define A/B test/pre-post-test analyses on why such product is
needed, review the pilot delivery and recommend steps for effective scale up

About you (Selection Criteria)
The candidates will possess strong qualifications and experience,
including:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- At least five years’ experience working in technology sector and/or as a data scientist/analyst with significant technical knowledge in data analytics’ and proven track record in producing a high-quality business data intelligent.
- Strong experience in IT development, data analytics and product innovation.
- Experience with project development and execution, under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven effective working relationships with technology providers.
- Excellent verbal communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong writing skills are desirable.
- High proficiency in implementing Machine Learning model in Python.
About the program
PROSPERA is a partnership facility between the Government of
Australia (through Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) and the Government
of Indonesia. It aims to foster strong, sustainable, and inclusive economic
growth in Indonesia. Commencing from 1 March 2018, PROSPERA is a planned
five-year investment.
Remuneration
The remuneration will be set according to National Remuneration
Framework (NRF) for Indonesia national, Discipline Group C, Job Level 2. The
remuneration level at which the Adviser is engaged will be based on the
successful candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
